Each staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. And the Sunday Brunch was great! And the van service was very helpful, too.

The excellent way your staff handled everything we asked about/for. The food was quite good and tasty.

There were no coin operated laundry services available to your visitors. Also, it would be real nice and handy as well to have for each floor carts that the visitors could use to get their belongings from the vehicle to their rooms without making so many trips.

I was staying with my daughter who was recovering from surgery. The staff could not have been more helpful or caring. From the room service waitress who insisted on bringing us hot tea to the desk clerks who asked about her progress daily, we felt very special. Unfortunately, the surgery was not successful and has to be repeated in January. We will be staying at the DoubleTree again.

Would definitely stay here again. All the staff were wonderful, the hotel rooms were well appointed, very clean and comfortable and we also enjoyed the restaurant several times.

Loved the location. All stay was extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really good. The room was great. Beds were comfy and shower was awesome.
