Low price for acceptable hotel at good location
I wouldn't call the staff rude, but definitely not very friendly or helpful, plus pretty unprofessional. There was hardly ever anybody at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was very pore, the toaster was NASTY! The towels and sheets had stains on them.

Very clean and modern hotel with all the features/perks one would expect at an upscale hotel at a surprisingly reasonable rate. Close to I65, airport and Redstone Arsenal - this is a very quite and peaceful place. There are good resurants within walking distance. I have stayed in many hotels in Madison/Huntsville and this one is the best value by far.

It was convenient to where I needed to be and the price was right for my budget.
There was "something" on the coverlet on one of the queen beds in our room. Both beds squeaked, which would wake me up evertime I turned over. The advertisement indicated coffee pots in the rooms but ours didn't have one so I had to get one brought to me, which they did promptly.

Two items: 1) the pool was closed, and had crud floating on the top. Is the pool ever clean? 2) I had to beg for a receipt. Their policy is to never give a receipt! This is the strangest hotel/motel/inn I have ever seen!
