We had a very quiet room in a very quiet wing!
When we tried to turn on the heating/AC system, my husband would start to sneeze and I would cough. This told us that the vents were not well cleaned after the remodel. Luckily, we had warm weather while in Madison, so we just cracked the window for ventilation.

Very helpful and polite staff.
FYI, the room wasn't serviced on the second day, but that wasn't a real biggie to me. Some people may see that as a major problem. Told the front desk about it and they were very apologetic.

Friendly staff, easy to find, good food.
Certain channels were constantly cutting in and out or freezing.

Great location. Comfortable bed.
Water in the shower was not hot enough. I complained after the first night and was told they would send someone to check it out. The next morning the water was a little warmer but still not hot.
