Friendly, helpful staff. Great Location. Delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Lyon.

Good breakfast - nice decor - very tasteful.
Did not like the workmen who were on scaffolds outside the window of our room - quie offputting when we were coming in around 3pm to relax after sightseeing

Location close to Information and Food Street and Metro
We booked a "Superior Royal Room" Entered room -looked OK
Windows had frosted glass - for a reason-when we opened window we looked out on to rusty corrugated roofs in a light well-left windows shut during our whole stay---very disappointed with our "Superior Royal"
Could have stayed in a cheaper hotel that looked onto the street!!

Loved the friendly staff service, beautiful room decorations, the blue room in the lobby, and breakfast.
The bed mattress was not the most comfortable. I expected better quality mattress. Needed to be changed. It sagged towards the middle
