Our key card was synced to the wrong room so I had to travel back to the front desk for that. Once in the room the TV was not working so I called about that and it was never taken care of. Additionally the lamp next to the bed did not work. When we checked out I spoke to the front desk clerk about these issues and while he said he was sorry he didn't seem very sorry.

It was very nice ! the staff was very nice and helpful. i would stay there again in the future.
The hotel should give out maps of the town. we got lost going back to the hotel.

The room was great. It was very large compared to other places I've stayed in and it made my work go much better as I had to take work home every night.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Wingate Lynchburg VA. My room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful especially Julie at the front desk, she went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend the Wingate to others.
I feel the room rates are high.
