Very friendly and devoted staff, nice pool, nice rooms, bathroom toilet separated, closer to the airport is almost impossible, yet quiet. The ideal starting point or ending point for travel in the southern part of the island.
However, only breakfast options. No half-board. But many in the area.

This is very clean, new, charming and all around comfortable hotel. It is almost a shame that it is so close to the airport as simply using it as a stop over is a waste of their considerable charm and effort. Would be an excellent base for exploring the north-east beaches.

Friendly reception, flexible (short term of DC had to rebook in DR), also never told us kindly brought the next morning by car to the airport, to spare us the 2 km walk.

Sunny balconies,air conditioning, close to airport, no aircraft noise, nice breakfast room. Good place to start or finish your holiday.
I probably would not stay at this location for long periods as there are nicer parts of the island.
