Great breakfast, huge room at a very reasonable price.

The facilities were nicely decorated.

Had several problems. Arrived with no one at front desk and phone ringing off the hook. There was one gentleman waiting before us. After about 10 miunutes of waiting the other man said "Gee he only went to get me some shampoo cause there was none in my room." We continued to wait while another customer arrived and waited as well. The phone continued to ring and I was ready to jump over the desk and answer it. Finally the employee arrived. Gave the gentleman his shampoo and told me to hold on he would be right back with me. Really, hadnt I waited long enough?? Finally got checked in. Later went to get ice, and no ice. Went to desk and guy took me in some backroom garage like thing to get some ice. Wasnt crazy at all being in that surrounding with me being a woman. Then took a shower next morning, no shampoo. Used some body wash cause I did not have time to deal with that. Knew when housekeeping came that day they would replenish. Well apparently not, still no shampoo. I really liked the aesthetic look on the inside of this hotel but with all the hassles I most likely would not stay there again.

Excellent breakfast

The swimming pool was cold and the hot tub was broke.
