There was an error and delay caused by the booking agent and hotels mistake. Jose kindly provided me with upgrade options to apologize and make up for this. Merly was also wonderful, my phone service had stopped working and she provided me with wifi at no cost so that I could get things sorted out online.
There was the mistake that I was advised my booking wasn't actually available,this caused quite a bit of delay and confusion but as mentioned above the hotel did their best to make up for this which I really appreciated.

La piscine et ses installations.le confort.. ,les lampes chauffantes pour le soir...
conciergerie très adéquate...personnel attentif et efficace.nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur aide dans l'organisation de nos sorties.(visite au studio universel,restaurants etc)

Sehr sauber, stylisches Zimmer, war alles gut.
Wir hatten eine Zwischentür zum Nachbarzimmer, in dem 3 Jungendliche Party feierten bis mitten in die Nacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Nach einem Anruf beim Empfang wurde direkt ein Sicherheitsmann hochgeschickt, der dann für Ruhe sorgte.

The room was so comfortable with a huge King sized bed and 4 huge feather pillows. Such a view of the swimming pool. Check out was at noon and the cleaning crew was so patient waiting for us to depart 15 min. late and even offering us more starbucks coffee to take with us !

Right from airport collection through to leaving the hotel all staff were most helpful and polite. The poor driver of the shuttle (who I'm sure nearly broke his back lifting my suitcase) assisted with a smile. Sincerely appreciated.
