The Park Hotel London

Room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. The mattress was particularly nice. Breakfast was good as well.

Rooms were very good - spacious suite, beds very comfortable. Breakfast offerings standard but quality was better than typical. Location great for walking to restaurants.

Temperature could not be changed in the suite - too hot. Pillows too big and no choice of pillow type.

The proximity to the hospital where I had an appointment.We will be back again.

The air in the room was very dry.

It was my first stay at the Park Hotel and certainly will not be my last. Myself and my partner were traveling from Montreal at the time and ended up in London after a long day of excursion. All we wanted was a nice place to rest our heads and we ended up with that AND MORE! I have always had my eye on this particular property in London as I am in the Hotel Industry and used to live around the corner years ago on Hyman Street. When I inquired about room rates I was pleasantly surprised! The night was Halloween and what better area to be in while in London than a stone’s throw away to Richmond Row! Everything about the hotel is stunning! Whether it be the front lobby, the common areas of the hotel, or even the convenient parking... I was seriously finding it hard to find an issue with anything! I have worked for Fairmont hotels in the past and I can say that the Park Hotel is very comparable to the standard that the Fairmont brand is designed to deliver. IMPRESSIVE is an understatement! When my partner and I arrived to our room we were ecstatic about what we saw! We had just spent 10+ hours in a car, as well s 4 nights in a very small B&B in Montreal! So being able to stretch out and enjoy our space with the abundance of square footage offered in your suites were very much appreciated! Last but not least, the continental breakfast offered in the morning was beautifully executed! Normally I am not one to indulge in a complimentary breakfast but that was not the case the morning of November 1st! My only complaint would be that the ice machines were VERY hard to find. There was not enough signage to locate ice machines in a timely manner.

We loved the two tv's in our room! Breakfast was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, very clean room.

There was a small problem with cleanliness, which was dealt with immediately and courteously.

Brft was good

The staff was very accommodating. The lady at the front desk helped us move our stuff from one room to the other when we requested a switch. She was very prompt about finding us a new room that was identical to the one we originally checked into.
