Some years ago that in our period and Holiday stayed in the Husa chain

The location of the Hotel is perfect for those who wish to stay at the centre of the city, however, we experienced issues during our stay which were never resolved. For example I fell in the bath as the slip resistant material in the bath has worn away, although I reported this to reception and requested a non slip mat to be placed in the room, this never happened, nor did I get an apology for what could potentially have been a fatal accident. The televisions are old and there are no UK channels available and only one English speaking channel, in this day of the internet there really should be a wider choice of channels. There is only one easy chair in the room, so one person has to sit on the bed, while the other is in the chair. I had requested a double room, but only got a twin, upon check-in I asked why this was, only to be told “that’s all we have” The corners of the bath have holes in the grouting, therefore, mould is building in there. We drove a people carrier and although I rang the hotel a week prior and informed you of this we were put in level -2 in a corner, which was very difficult to park in, let alone all the stress we endured getting in and out of the hotel. Overall it was not the relaxing break that we had hoped for and after the fall in the bath / shower, I never felt at ease throughout my whole stay
