We were sorely disappointed. For a four star hotel, we did not expect the extremely small and cramped rooms, the ugly musty smell throughout the hallways and in the room. I could not believe that the air conditioning was turned off every night while we slept! By 8 am, you could hardly breathe from the heat which would be understandable in August, but cannot believe that the air would be turned off during a heat wave! The meal hours were ridiculous for Spain where breakfast is normally served until at least 10:30 am on weekdays and 11:00 or even 12:00 on weekends, and I will not mention the rest of the hours which were not compatible with other Spanish meal times. The food was not top quality as advertised. We all had a case of the runs after the first day. And I could not believe that drinks were not a part of the meal plan! The hot jacuzzi was not hot at all and it seemed that to use many of the facilities you had to make reservations. I have never seen this in any other professional hotel.

We were surprised by the very large number of young people from different European nationalities!! who had behavior tolerable limits .... I would not describe ... HOWEVER THE STAFF OF THE HOME AND SECURITY, VERY PRO. WE HAVE ROOM FOR CHANGE AND have ensured the REST OF CUSTOMERS.
