Location was great, would have been nice to see more of the river but our room was not situated to see more of it. Extra hotel fees can drive the price up quickly.

The staff was great and the room was super nice.
The way you have to book hotel. We were in town for a concert that got canceled but we weren't able to cancel our room because of the hotel booking site. We will not be staying there again because of that reason!

I had a beautiful suite on the 17th floor that would be comfortable for an extended stay. The facility is very clean and i love the modern look. I also had a Christmas party in the Riverview room on the 13th and the atmosphere, food and service was fabulous! James Schelnick was extremely easy to work with and helpful and accommodating.

Room great. Like the fact that hotel was close to River Market and that hotel shuttle would take us there!
The pre-billing charge for incidentals. I need to go back again to see if it was credited back. That's the only turnoff.
