Holiday Inn Express Little Rock Airport, an IHG Hotel

We have not stayed in the hotel in several years and we were very impressed with the beautiful lobby and our upscale room. The breakfast bar was well stocked,organized, and very clean. We had dinner in the Holiday Inn. It was delicious and a very good value. We have told our friends the improvemts and will certainly stay there in the future.

The staff was GREAT! Location was so convenient to the airport. Also liked that HIE has an airport shuttle.

Location, convenient to restaurants and airport.

It was located near the airport which made getting to the airport for my return flight easier.

Was unable to get a copy of the folio from the hotel directly. I like to see the charges before I leave to ensure that they are accurate.

The breakfast buffet was great, especially the biscuits and gravy.

The only thing that comes to mind is the hotel was under construction and we had to stay on the 2nd floor.

The location of the hotel is outstanding

The hotel was under construction. They put me in a room where they were pounding the roof directly outside my room. I was on a business conference call and the noise was so loud I had to go to my car to continue the call. I asked to be relocated before I moved outside but did not get called back with a new room. Approximately 1 hour later, when my call was almost done, they finally moved me to a room where the noise was not so intrusive. The manager on duty told me he would give me a $30 discount which was a nice jesture. But the other manager said she had given away two other discounts and that she couldn't do that (she didn't say that to me, she said that under her breathe in response to the other manager. When I checked out the next morning, she had given me a $12 dollar discount. The service, the professionalism, the overall customer focused hospitality was shockingly unacceptable!!!! This was one of my worst hotel stays I've had in a very long time and would appreciate some type of explanation if I am to consider staying at the hotel again.
