Convenience to activities I was involved in
I reserved a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. Both were comfortable for sleeping. However, there was no blanket or comforter for the sleeper sofa. Thankfully, I had a very light weight blanket to use. All rooms with sleeper sofas should automatically have the necessary bed linens to go with the sleeper.

The staff at the restaurant were great as well as the food.
I did not like the smell in the room and the scent of the cleaning materials--very antiseptic smelling, almost "hospital" smell.
The front door and bathroom doors both appeared to have been broken into at one time.
Also, the driver (Michael)of the van would have seemed more official with a printed card with his name and phone number--a hand written paper did not seem up to par for your hotel. He was so nice and eager to help--give him a name card!

Very nice hotel! Location very good for riverfest!!
Need a small refrigerator. Bartender not very hospitable when calling last call. Beer only what he said! :(

I really wasn't impressed with the parking "arrangement". I understand that it needed to be shared with venue next store, but, the hotel guests were not given "designated" parking spaces close to the hotel elevators, even though we were required to pay the $9 a day. I was traveling alone and it was difficult for me trying to locate my car while pulling my luggage, as I had to park clear across the garage from the elevator.
