Noise in room, not sure where it was coming from. Large chair in room; too big for room size.

The front desk guy, Stephon, I believe was his name, he was very accommodating and texted me to be sure everything was good. Above and beyond and I appreciated it!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The free shuttle was a huge help in not only getting us to the airport in a timely manner but also in taking us to a local restaurant for dinner! The free breakfast was a step above the norm with waffles, french toast and omelets.

The shuttle driver, Donna, was extremely helpful and courteous. She went way beyond in assisting me to find public transportation to Baltimore and Washington DC. Also the two women behind the desk deserve commendation for the professional manner in which they checked me in on Saturday May 7, 2016 for my 2-day stay. And finally, I was grateful to desk clerk Janelle for providing this tired traveler with a bottle of water and a late check-out on Monday May 9, 2016. I look forward to staying at the Hampton Inn BWI in the future.
