The location and the stay and park feature
The smell in the room was almost unbearable. It was a musty, wet smell that was pervasive.

Front desk person was not happy at job.return someone camera went in hotel too front desk.i told her i found someone camera and she told me it was not her problem.that is bad custmer service. gary m lento i will not return for that reason.

Was more room than i thought i was getting..had fridge, microwave, sink, ect...nice
Mattress need s to be alittle better..trash in the hallways..need more customer friendly coffee station, earlier than 6 am too..

1st day they forgot to clean my room, told the desk person, said would handle it, was gone 5 hours came back still not cleaned. Night clerk got it cleaned but was aggravating especially after telling the day person about it.

They were helpful when I went to leave and my car battery had died.
Upon first check in were given a room that had not even been cleaned. Second room had air conditioning problems and was not as clean as I would like. We thought we booked a park and fly but apparently not and
were charged extra to park. Hotel advertised continental breakfast starting at 4:30am, at 6am when we had to leave it was still not available. Return room was better but still a fair poor value.

I really didn't enjoy how messy the room was. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it spelled like there was someone smoking weed up there. The towels in the bathroom looked yellow and dirty, There was dirty all over the floor, Rust inside the toliet.
