The staff was extremely helpful and cordial upon our late arrival at night. The easy access to the BWI Airport with the shuttle was so convenient. Upon our return the timing couldn't have been better as soon as the call was made there was a shuttle available.

At the Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport I liked, the comfortable & quite room, just what I desired.
At the Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport I did NOT like, the location of the room. I had a long walk down the hallway, form the elevator, to get to my room.
