Best Western Le Bois De La Marche

Great value for money, nightmare to find if using Satnav, Nice hotel, nice setting, great room but the food prices were a bit on the high side in comparison to the price of the accomodation. Breakfast at 11 Euros a head for a family of 5 is extortionate so we went to McDonalds along the road.

We arrived around 7.30p.m. at first could not find 2 triple rooms that we had booked eventually find 2 one on the 1st floor and one on the 3rd. The whole of the sleeping accomadation was a bit shabby. Downstairs looked quite reasonable. Then we went for a meal this was absolutely disgusting for the price. Chicken was so dry I could not swallow it. We asked for chips and got pasta he then went a away a came back with a tea plate of chips to be sahred amongst 3 of us. The steak was just as bad.

The only thing that we would recommend is a proper shower arrangement in the bathroom. Other than that we were v. happy.

Having eventually found the hotel we had requested a room on the lowest floor as we had our pet dog with us. Was given a room on the third floor and was told 'there is a lift' Decor left a lot to be desired. Toilet was on the otherside of the room to the shower room and had no wash basin so had to cross the room to wash hands!!!
