Comp breakfast PLUS complimentary hors d'oeuvre in bar evening of check-in. The food and wine are delicious

Parking is tight, but that's the price you pay for an authentic old world hotel. We found close parking from other nearby sources

Staff was helpful and friendly and the location was great because we could walk all over town. We were really pleasantly surprised, because we had never stayed in the area before, but it came on a recommendation from a friend.

The overall demeanor of the hotel staff made me feel right at home from reservation to departure. I plan to return to the Robert E. Lee Hotel for the next 4 yrs. while my daughter attends college there in Lexington VA. Awesome experience!

We were just there one night. Took a carriage ride in the afternoon, then my wife did some shopping around the neighborhood. It was a rainy Friday, but, because of the convenience of the hotel to neighboring businesses, she got her shopping in. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant, as well as free breakfast the next morning before we left.
