Centrally located for our daughters wedding

Very pleasant. Clean and friendly staff.

It was a comfortable place to stay. The room was well lighted and the furniture was comfortable also. next time I will bring swimming trunks to take advantage of the indoor pool and jacuzzi in the facility. I will definately be staying at the Comfort Inn in future visits to Lewiston. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The rates were reasonable very also.

Finding the entrance after dark as I entered town was frustrating. I could see the big "Comfort Inn" sign from the main street but I couldn't find the entrance as I missed the street designator sign and went to the next street over as I could see the big sign over the building. There was no entry from the next street over. After backtracking I found the proper street but almost missed the tiny sign indicating the driveway as it can only be seen when you are directly in front of it and almost past the driveway.

Breakfast was great, the dining room was clean and neat, or room was comfortable.

The mattress needed to be replaced on the bed we slept on.

My family liked the breakfast.

Having in advance warned about chemical smells and cleaners both rooms did not meet the standards. Our room had two lamp fixtures that would not work and the fridge was in severe need of defrosting. The beds were uncomfortable.

We checked in late around 10:30 pm. It was nice that the pool was open til 11:00 so the little one could get a chance to swim before bed. The young lady working the night shift was very friendly.

The hotel is tucked in the back so it's hard to figure out how to get to it the first time.

Clean remodeled bathrooms. Large rooms.

Not good. We left our room at 10:30 A.M. and returned at 10:00 p.m. The room had not been touched. At 10:15 the pool was full of rowdy kids and young parents making so much screaming that we could not sleep. We were 3 rooms down the hall from the pool. Pool closure was not until 11:00 P.M. I called the front desk at 10:15 P.M. and the attendant said she would approach them to be quiet. Nothing happened and I finally got out of bed and went to the front desk. She assured me that she would take care of it or said I could if I liked. I got the impression that she was afraid to approach them. I said well close the pool early if they cannot behave. Finally at 11:00 P.M. the pool was closed and we got to sleep. Not at all happy with the way it was handled. Should close the pool at 10:00 pm. each day to avoid these disturbances.
