We stayed at 5 different hotels for one night at each hotel, so it's hard to remember. From what I can remember, however, your hotel was fine. It was the last one we stayed at. However, I have to say that the Holiday Inn at the Airport in Boise stands out as the best of all and almost the cheapest of all. And I would say yours was probably second best and probably one of the spendier ones we stayed at, but the LaQuinta in Couer'd Alene was the spendiest we stayed at and NOT as nice as your hotel. I doubt this is very helpful to you.
The first room we were given at your hotel, my sister complained that it smelled bad. It smelled fine to me. Your staff accommodated us by moving us to another room. It smelled fine to my sister, but smelled of smoke to me because it was a smoking room. Can't please everyone all the time!!

Friendly staff.
When furniture was moved looking for lost item old food and waste were found under furniture.

We totally expected to get a less than perfect room by going for the discount via HotelsOne.com, but we were placed in a tower room and it was fantastic! Beautiful comfortable room, beautiful view, and excellent price. Thank you very much! We plan on making this our #1 go to site and hotel.
The only con we had was that the maid service wasnt' quite up to par. Our bed had not really been made over and the mattress pad had slipped down to the bottom of the bed, and we had to remake the bed ourselves; and there were crumbs left on the table from the night before. Kinda makes me nervous on public housekeeping issues. Other than that, everything was great!
