The front desk clerk, mark was very helpful when we checked in. There were issues with our reservation that we booked through a third party and he worked everything out for us which was much appreciated
But that's what I'm comfortable, the heating unit in our room was extremely loud. We did complain about it in attempts were made to fix it. The chlorine in the pool was so strong we couldn't spend more than 15 minutes in that area, the water pressure in the shower was horrible in the continental breakfast was lacking substance

We decided to stay with you upon returning to our annual fall color tour of beautiful Michigan. The staff, linens, and overall cleanliness of your hotel was wonderful.
We found the bed to absolutely horrible. Plainly put we found it so difficult to sleep on the incredibly HARD bed that we awoke early when it certainly was not necessary. The dead skunk we noticed on the way home; look more rested than anyone in the foyer trying to enjoy breakfast. Many of your patrons commented on sore hips and ribs. You could use some softer pillow as well. We will choose differently next time unless the bed situation is remedied.
