convenience and shuttle to airport

The door stuck and lack of early, early departure amenities

Friendly accommodating staff and proximity to airport were great. Shuttle service was good.

Room was a bit "beat up" -they could use a remodel

I stayed 6 nights and at check in the receptionist found a room that had a refrigerator and microwave due to my length of stay, which was really great. Room was comfortable, clean bed and pillow plus bathroom. Breakfast was the ame everyday, but being included in the price was good. The Hunan Garden restaurant operated by Lou and his wife had great Chinese food this made my stay very good. After three nights they were like family. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly and the complimentary 24 hr shuttle made getting to the train station very easy. Overall good value for the money.

Hotel needs maintenance, my bathroom had hole in the ceiling over the tub. The fact that no one has fixed it is not good.

It's proximity to the airport.

I stayed in a non-snmoking room, yet the room smelled of a lot of smoke. Also the smoke-alarm would keep beeping every 5 minutes like it had a low battery. I informed the front desk, and they told me that a service guy would repair it the next day. He did not. The worst part of the room was the stench of smoke.

Location

First room offered was supposed to be non smoking, it smelled as if someone was smoking. The room was switched. Continental breakfast was not ready at 5:30, although it was ready by 5:35, we were only able to grab a sausage to run out. If it was ready at 5:30' we could have actually eaten a breakfast. The sausage was still cooking in the microwave when I interrupted it to grab one and ate it in the shuttle. And on the trip back, the shuttle driver was on his cell phone THE WHOLE TIME! It is illegal to talk on the phone while driving in PA, very annoyed about that! Regarding the question below, I would have to think and look elsewhere first, if I don't use long term parking, the answer will be NO
