Friendlyness and assertiveness of staff. My son and I were in the business center and a couple of young men were getting loud. The desk clerk asked them politely to quiet down. I was thankful. I want to be able to rest at a hotel, not party.
Actually, no. I just regretted not being able to take advantage of all the amenities.
