Your hotel does not have a single true pillow in their supplies. What they put on every bed are three actual "bolsters" which are normally used for decorating a bed and certainly NOT SLEEPING ON. Struggling through that first night was probably the worst night in my life! I got no sleep, tried a rolled up towel...then a flat towel, then only the corner of a towel...then nothing...arose four times during the night trying to get the sore kink out of my neck. Awful. I'll certainly bring a true soft pillow if ever forced to stay there again. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, THERE'S NO EXCUSE!.

Surprised to be upgraded to a suite. Pretty lavish. The banana split from the casino ice cream shop was magnificent. all in all a remarkable experience
