The staff was friendly. The pool was well maintained and clean with plenty of lounge chairs and shade. There was also a good selection of restaurants to choose from.

The hotel itself was not over crowded. Resturants were good. All staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the mermaid show in the fish tank. Loved Bass pro shop.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room at a reasonable price. The week before we stayed two nights at Excalibur and the whole neighbourhood was loud -- we'd never stayed on the Strip before.
Silverton was very pleasing.
We had a problem figuring out where to park and how to enter. We parked at the sporting goods store and entered through the casino. While checking in we learned we should park in front of the hotel. I had read the advertising literature on line and was surprised when I saw the four-story hotel compared to the high-rise next door. We had a little trouble locating the "secret" entrance between hotel and casino. The map was very hard to interpret.
All that said, we enjoyed our stay once we found our way around.

The waitress,Lisa (?) In the Sundance Cafe, was excellent, she was pleasant and got our order correct each time. We made sure to sit at her station every morning
The kids that work at starbucks, need more training, they lack knowledge and customer service skills
It would be great to have a coffee machine in each guest room

This is not the first time we have stayed at the Silverton. It is comfortable and the staff is courteous and friendly. And being off of the strip it is quieter than some that are on the strip.

Found facilities very adequate and the food to be excellent!!
Air quality in the evenings, when crowded, was quite smoky. Coming from
Colorado with smoke=free casinos, that was difficult
