The staff was great , second room we were put in was very clean.
The first room we were put in was not clean and add a strong ursine smell. I went down to front desk and was moved to another room that was great.

The rooms are newly remodeled. The staff was very nice. From check in to the bell hop and the valet each person was kind and courteous. We stayed 1 night. The next night we stayed at the Flamingo. We decided that the Plaza is going to be our choice in Vegas. We plan to book on the fifth floor where you can walk out your room to the pool! No complaints on our end except we wish we would have booked two nights instead of going to the Flamingo!
The slots were not as giving as the last time!☹️

Always Love the Plaza. Good helpful staff. Fun place.
Don't like someone waking me at 9am telling me they are there for a room check. I was up till 430am and checkout time is 11. Leave me alone until then.
