Le casino des enfants, la grandeur de la salle de bain
1. Pas de wi-fi dans les chambres
2. En revenant d'une ballade à 17h, le valet parking était complet donc ils nous indiquent d'aller se parquer soi-même au Guest Parking, le souci est qu'il n'y a pas de place pour tous! Même les gens non-client s'y parquent donc la guerre pour trouver une place commence

Your employees were knowledgable and helpful...much appreciated.
Clean room but no coffee maker. Very smoky casino for a non smoker. Why only the expensive buffet for breakfast...no other onsite choices, why is that?

The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy and convenient.
The first concierge that we asked for show tickets was going to sell us tickets for a night that the show was not performed. I cancelled order when she gave me the price. We went to show box office to get tickets and found that seats were available for that night and show was not scheduled for the night that Excalibur concierge had offered tickets. This was due to either a new or inexperienced worker.

The prices were good, when we had a problem with our room we got another room immediately.
The location is good by the far end of the strip that gives you quick way to the airport, great look at the strip at night .
Just looked at the pool area but it looked very very nice.
Very bad smell of Smoking in the lobby/casino.
In The first room we got,we found vomit on the carpet, some lumps were missing and the fire detector was hanging on the loose from the ceiling,(detail of maintenance is not a strong side at the hotel)
The view from our room was to the back side of the hotel to the workers zone- maybe some drawings on the wall will make the seance better?!

Everyone was friendly and helpful during our stay. I plan to book at the hotel when I return to Vegas in the future. I like to attend Thunder when I am there.
