The hotel staff, sports book, gaming and variety of restaurants.

You don't hear about the resort fee charges per day until check in. We did not use the fitness center, Wi-Fi, the pool or use the phone. I think this $22/day fee should be included in the hotel.com charges. Does Hotel.com know about these extra charges? Rip-off.

Being close to most attractions

Only one ice machine on floor with people filling up coolers it was hard to get ice

It is a fun town. The pool was nice.

Where do I begin. Check went well. Got to our room and the suite smelled like sewer the jacuzzi tub was filled with black particles and brown chunks in it. We called front desk and ask to get a different room. Told me to go to another room on the 10th floor someone would meet me there and exchange key cards waited 15min on the floor waiting for that person to come up to meet us, no one was even coming up to us as of yet. My husband went down to the desk to get the keys. The Bellmen was at the desk and told him that he would help us get into the new room. He was great Cliff (I think)got into that room and the air conditioner was not working and the bellmen called the front desk and tried to get us a new room. Got the front desk to get us another room went to our room 633 it didn't smell and it had air. Got up in the morning to use the jacuzzi tub and the jets would not work. Called maintenance to fix the button on button. I was ridiculed about how they treated us on the phone as we where stupid, we had pushed the touch button and nothing would turn on, so they came up after we left and fixed it.Then the last day we were there the maid never cleaned our room. So I can say not a very enjoyable time at Bally's

The location was good as I was staying at a conference at the hotel.

It was outdated; did not provide microwave, coffee maker, or refrigerator in my room.

Loved the newly redecorated and updated room in the east tower.

I liked that it was centrally located and connected to Paris. I liked the value I got for the room. It was very easy to get around Las Vegas from Bally's as it is centrally located and many of the event shuttles pick up and drop off there.

They could use new mattresses. I woke up with a back ache every morning.

Great location!

Tried to go for an evening swim in Sunday but the pools were closed.

They have a nice little breakfast restaurant, good food and reasonable price

As soon as we walked in to the hotel we were jumped on by time share people. I didn't like that they allowed them in the lobby to jump us every time we walked by
