Straps on matress pads on both beds were torn causing the pad to bunch up. Very uncomfortable all night.

Very impressed, the only thing was the hot tub wasn't up and running, but the pool was good enough for me! Very quiet, clean, and friendly environment! breakfast was good, rooms are roomy enough, very happy with my stay!

This was the PERFECT place to book for Graduation! All we had to do was walk across University Avenue and on into the Pan American Center. Everyone else was stuck in traffic, trying to find parking places while we found GOOD SEATS!

Staff was nice, rooms were clean.
Shower door in one of the bathrooms (we rented two rooms) was missing. The shower floor is EXTREMELY SLIPPERY AND DANGEROUS. You need to glue some anti slip tape on it.

The wake up call system was in disrepair and did not work. I nearly missed a very important meeting first thing in the morning.
