Main reason for choosing Hilton Garden Inn Las Cruces: Other
Staff was very polite and helpful.
The room could have been cleaner. We found sticky stuff on the desk and a fairly dusty entertainment center. Hair on the bathroom floor. Discarded toothpick and toothpaste cap on the carpet. Carpet had sticky feel to it.

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room, atmosphere of lobby,(first impression of the facility). Jose was most helpful and eager to make our stay as most comfortable and pleasant!
A continental breakfast would be nice. Perhaps a selection of donuts or something to sit with and gather one's thoughts before heading out to visit this fabulous city
