Convenient location to activities.
Cleanliness was seriously lacking. Toilet seat cruddy. Changed rooms which had other cleanness issues.

It was close to the event I was attending. Neat and clean staff was friendly.

Loved the interior design of the rooms. Beautiful floors and comfortable bed.
I know hotel was a smoke free facility but there was still a heavy smell of smoke in multiple areas. Everytume I walked into the lobby I had to wait for a staff memember to help me. Usually because they were out of sight.

Price, location, clean, helpful staff
Although a non-smoking hotel, the first room we were assigned was heavily smokey. Front desk immediately gave us another room that was just fine. Would like to see more comfortable pillows.
