The room was very comfortable and quiet. We had a very good night sleep. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us
I don't like Starbucks coffee.

Information was readily available at your finger tips. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Poor lighting in the rooms. Corner lamp did not work. Not bright enough and not where you need it to read.

They air conditioning is locked at 68 degrees. The room was too warm to sleep and could not lower the temp. Going green has it's limits.

Avery quiet place with wonderful room.
It was a little to far away from walking to the main street of lake placid.
