I have to say that for the price it met my expectations I did have a microwave and a refrigerator while I was there also great thing about it was I was able to park my boat being next to Lake Havasu with no worries the staff was awesome when they greeted me late at night when I got into town. Thank you

Yes!! When making my reservation I booked A room with ONE QUEEN bed, when checking in o received a room with two double bed and was given a dumb ass excuse.....When booking my reservation it was cheaper for two double beds!!! I was not given the cheaper price...Still charged the same as one QUEEN! Not happy!

My stay was very nice and comfortable. Bed was nice and comfy. It was nice to be able to take my dog with me.

It was close to everything. My niece lived close by and Londan Bridge was close also.
The shower did not work well I did not get any spray out of it. I could not wash my hair, and feel real clean. and the breakfast was not that great. It was not what I expected. I did like the coffee.

Great location. Close to boat ramp. Freindly staff. Free breakfast was a big plus. Great value for the price. I would stay again.

The service was fine.
There were several items in the room that needed repair.
I think that should be a priority particularly in suite accomodations.

I have traveled extensively in my life. I really loved the way I was welcomed into the hotel as if I were a family member. I loved that their was breakfast free for me every morning. I did not have to travel too far for a great cup of coffee. When I do go back to the area I will definitely book this hotel again. The views of the horizon were great also.
