Main reason for choosing The Nautical Beachfront Resort: Location

Staff was very nice and friendly. Everything was clean. Cleaning staff was super nice. Resort is dog friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.
If I had any complaint it would be for Turtle bar. Service was super slow and people just walked by without saying anything for the longest time. But yet standing in groups talking. That was kinda a bummer.

Location, view, infinity pool, beach and outdoor bar service
Our room was not ready on time and they allowed extremely loud distasteful music to be played on the beach by a visiting boater

The location of the hotel is excellent! The sunsets are just beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful, however they seemed overwhelmed at times. If you stay at this hotel you will have a great experience, just don't be surprised if a party happens!
The only thing bad I will about this hotel is that when the weather is nice, the place can get rundown from overuse. I say that because when we tried to locate a wall outlet behind the bed we found a previous guest lost medicine and other stuff. The cleaning staff missed it.

When we arrived the room didn’t have soap or any other bath amenities.
