We loved the room and the view.

There was not a thing that we did not like.

I liked the location and that the room was a suite, I also like the bar and the food was good

Very bad service the first night of my stay. I waited 10-15 minutes at the hostess stand to be seated at Martini bay and was not even acknowledged. Then I decided to just eat at the bar. The bartender never made eye contact with me adn only had about 6 other guests at the time. Finally after about 15 minutes I gave up and decided on room service. There was no menu in my room. I called the front desk and after about 30 minutes a menu was brought to me. The gentleman that brought it was nice but I was told I needed to decide what i wanted because he needed to take the menu back. I thought that was odd. There should be copies in the room. Finally I called down to place my order and the girl picked up the phone by saying "hello". Then I was put on hold for awhile. I started this dinner process at 6pm and finally was able to eat around 830pm. The food was good but man what a process!! Also the internet was down my entire stay even in the business center making work extremely difficult. Also the walls in the rooms were so thin I could hear every word coming from the room next to me. This made sleeping uncomfortable. Half of the outlets in the room did not work. I doubt I would stay here again. On a positive note the 3 male bartenders tending bar on Friday night were extremely friendly and helpful. If only they had been working the nights of my stay maybe my experiance could have been saved.
