Extremely satisfied with the staff, especially front desk rep., Charles and maintenance man, Milton. Very helpful and both treated us with utmost respect. Made our stay a pleasure. Thank you to both of them.

A/c, tv, room in general nice and cool.
Tub bottom patched and bottom would sink with my weight while showering. Hair dryer didn't work correctly and a spare could not be located. Breakfast area and choices not real good.

Nice clean,comfortable room,friendly staff (farhana and another front desk staff works at night was very friendly & helpfull) In general,I am very happy with super8.Job well done.
Front desk staff Julie needs training and guidance.(she needs to be a good listener without having chewing gum and positive attitude require for solving guests issues) Need new PC for buisness center and also having issues to connect internet/print documents. Breakfast needs better supervision.(scrambled egges was dry out) Needs to offer more choice of food delivery beside Dominos.

It was a quiet place to stay! Restfull.!
Better if the breakfast had some Whole Wheat bagels or diabetic minded food.
