Very friendly staff, large comfortable rooms and a great location for us. Willingly refunded a portion of room cost, when my daughters family had to leave due to illness
Enjoyed having indoor pool. The main reason we booked. Pool was clean and comfortable, but area around was not well kept. Possibly due to holiday staffing with fewer people working

Friendly front desk, in house restaurant and bar, large, comfortable rooms.
Bed was a little lumpy, and shower tile grout showed some “ Blackening.”

I loved the iced tea and cookies at "tea" time.
I wish the pool was outside instead of indoor. Both would be best!!

The bar and dining area layout is comfortable for socializing. The breakfast buffet is very good, especially the chef's preparations.

The breakfast buffet and chef ... excellent.... the desk staff and house keeping, friendly and polite
Well strickly my fault and I think I have finally learned my lesson to book locally ... instead of 800 number and I asked if I local (calling the hotel directly) and they said well let me see if I can get you what you want... and he booked three rooms together and two of them adjoining for my daughter and two children.... my husband and I and a third room for my son.. they have no adjoining rooms on the first floor and my son was on the second.. and all was fine.. ... but ... it was not what he told us..the staff were wonderful and checked for us.. it was fine..

Fitness center had up to date well functioning machines. Room was large enough and comfortable.
Was surprised to find no glasses, silverware, plates in room even though there was frig and microwave.Just paper cups. However, on inquiring, desk said they could get us anything we wanted from kitchen. I think that information should be posted in the room. Was staying there with two other parties. None of them thought to ask and just assumed they couldn't get anything and would have to drink wine out of paper coffee cups. Which would give a negative impression. I understand why you may not want to supply every room with things they don't need, but it would be helpful to let people know they are available on request.
