Very nice, friendly and helpful staff, pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect, very clean.
Could use some hot chocolate at continental breakfast for children

Decent continental breakfast
Room 224, stayed Nov 1 & 2 - one of my friends got 10-20 itchy bites from BED BUGS. She has called to speak to a manager 3 times and they haven't returned her call. This is completely unacceptable. We are hoping to get a refund or something to compensate us. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and will NOT recommend it to anyone.

Staff, while "understaffed" were very courteous & helpful. We had to cut our stay short a day and they helped to get us a refund even though they were not obliged.

2 spots for handicap parking and one was being used for a dumpster. Not good when you have people who need handicap parking. Need more spaces. But loved our stay there.
