I was given a disabled room, despite booking months in advance. We booked two rooms & requested to be on same floor. This also was not accommodated.

Location on the old port area and comfortable rooms
Following internet booking, I called the hotel to know if our room would not give the port, if we can make an extra course. the person I had told me it was not possible when booking on the internet to know the location of our room (???) but that "given the price, our room was to give on port ". When we arrived, it was nothing and we could not even change because everything was complete. Not very serious but annoying ... gentleman who has a passion for boats and ... lady who wanted to surprise him!
