The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.
The staff was very cold and not very helpful except for the shuttle driver he was great. The staff was mainly russian and eastern eurpean which is not condusive to Spain.

Whether at the reception or restaurant, no one speaks French, breakfast was plentiful but nothing had good. A very unpleasant smell of sewage stank the room, very disappointed!.

Nice quiet surroundings.
Your website indicates that you have airport shuttle. Please specify more accuratly that it is only limited shuttle service. We picked your hotel based on the shuttle but had to take a taxi (25 EU).

Great hotel. Nice staff, very pleasant, hotel. Room is great, with a large double bed, great bathroom, all correct. The hotel is located almost on the main road leading from the airport to the centar of city. From hotel to centar directly drives a bus, a station is minute from hotel. To get to the city has a 20-minute bus ride. Breakfast has a great selection of food. Overall I liked and I am satisfied with the service I received for the amount I paid.

The care and facilities provided by the hotel staff. The situation is good for our purpose it was to be near the port, not so much if it is to be at the center of Barcelona.
On public holidays there is nothing around. We did not use since we were out.

The proximity to the airport and its modern design
To charge en SEK 40 for a bucket of ice, is not acceptable, since most hotels in the world either has an ice machine on each Vo tion, or free access to ice. Frukostebuffen, however, was fantastic the staff there as well, praise.!
