The service is good there is a large pool very pleasant in the basement rooms are well insulated from external noise
Everything is extra as if c was a low cost hotel! while prices are those of a luxury hotel! rooms are super insulated from the noise but the air conditioning is an incredible noise that prevents squarely to sleep all the rooms are small for the price ceilings are very low! c ets a little claustrophobic

The interiors are nice- very modern, furnishings in rooms excellent too- nice bed, flat screen tv, free wifi, etc
I was on the 17th floor, for some reason, the water took very long to heat up. i had to call somebody to help me with the hot water-- she also had to wait a long time for water to heat up- & it was still lukewarm

The accommodation was great, the front desk staff responded immediately to my request for a change of room.

I like the location because of its accessibility to a lot of places along nathan road, and it is also near the mtr.
