The food in the restaurants for breakfast and dinner was great. Breakfast seemed expensive when booking but really reasonable for what we had-dinner was best in the proper restaurant but the self service buffet was amazing too. staff very helpful and atmosphere good
The bedroom was very small as was the bed-fine for chinese guests but not for 2 metre tall europeans. The Chinese people are far smaller than me and i am sure they would rate the room more highly-HOWEVER we only slept there so the advantages of the hotel outweighed the disadvantages.

Lots of plug sockets in the bedroom
Good hairdryer
Good shower
Comfy bed
Have to find the right lift to take you to your floor, too many lifts

Very near the MTR.
One of the hotel staff assigned at the front desk was rude. she doesnt speak English well and i dont like the way she handles queries.

The staff were gracious, ready, willing, and very helpful. The buffet at the cafe was very good. Location was very convenient to Nathan Road and to the subway. The room I had was small, but it was clean and comfortable.
