Very capable staff. I always feel at home when I stay here. The staff, as always, are knowledgeable, speak English clearly and take excellent care of my every need from the time the taxi delivers me to the front doors of the hotel until I check out and they close the door on my taxi. Outstanding location. Reliable. Consistent.

I was disappointed to see quite a bit of mold in the shower, as well as the shower not working well. Unusual for this hotel. I stay here frequently, but I've never been turned off before. Also, amenities were scarce... no shampoo, conditioner, hand cream.

The hotel room was good, after changing rooms.

I asked for a non-smoking room and one without down pillows and blanket as I am allergic. The first room I got (arrival around midnight after long travel) was clearly a smoking room, or a smoker was staying in the adjoining room. The house keeping at first resolved the problem by spraying scent in the room, which does not remove the cause of my allergy symptoms. I got a better and non-smelly room the next day.
