Holiday Inn Golden Mile, an IHG Hotel

This is the third time I stay at this hotel. I love it because it is in the centre of everything and MTR is just right there. Staff is attentive, professional and speak fluent English. Joseph the gentleman who is one of the cleaning crew is wonderful; he always greet you with a BIG smile. He provide speedy service, polite, cheerful, and a great representative for the company.

I stayed at the hotel on two separate weekend, during the first weekend I was given a voucher for the restaurant downstairs, I found this most unpleasant, the set meals were terrible and limited, thus I opted for a different starter (Shrimp I believe) which was served with a horrid fruit tower. Then followed by truly terrible sausages. I felt very disappointed with the lower floor restaurant and it comes as no surprise to me that you are trying to give away meals here. On my second stay I declined the voucher and choose to eat in the bistro and took the table service, I made a point of thanking the floor manager as it was a delightful meal.
