We like the location, linked to mall. The lounge is also very nice with good view Staff service was also good

Both our rooms phones were not working. Air con was stuffy in 1room and too cold in the other

Everything very nice and clean. Rooms very nice, I liked the pillow service detail you have. The Pool and spa is great!

Hi, almost everything was very good at our visit. Thanks a lot. Also, we enjoyed the pool area, but we couldn’t get an appointment for the spa, neither for a haircut, that wasn’t good.

What we didn’t like was that as we couldn’t go to the front desk for check out... we wanted you to charge the checkout account to our credit card but instead of that you called a person of contact you had, and charge this to her credit card.

Great hotel, great location. Night markets and day markets are all within 5 min walk. Langham Shopping Mall is just next door. MTR is right below the hotel, very convenient for old people and small children.

Many things: visually pleasing, spacious enough, food and beverage good, staff very well trained and helpful, location good, excellent facilities and the rooms well equipped with small details such as adaptor for international electric plugs.

The environment was 100% air-conditioned and this was very difficult for us. Also, the TV and phone in the room didn't seem to work very well. My partner found that the rooms were too dimly lit.
