Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Full breakfast was really that in a smorg style. Overall we were quite pleased and would use this hotel again.

We spent 2 weeks at best western kitchener the staff were excellent clean rooms and superb breakfast facilitieseverything too our liking we would recomend any one to this hotel 10 out of 10 thanks staff for 2 great weeks
Nothing whatsoever thanx again we will be back

Main reason for choosing Quality Inn: Location
It is close to the Oktoberfest Schwaben Club also Transylvania Haus. It is also close to St Jacobs outlet stores and market. Staff are polite and courteous.
It did not have a shuttle that would pick you up at your hotel and bring you back from the festhalle like the Radisson across the street had.

First impressio was not good. We entered into a very warm room and it took awhile for the room to cool down after turning a/c on
In the washroom there was just a little hand soap. When I went to make coffeee i discovered there was,nt any....it had not been replaced or stocked

THERE WERE 2 WOMAN HOCKEY TEAMS THERE THE SAME TIME WE WERE AND THEY WERE VERY NOISY UNTIL ABOUT 1.00am. AND THE SECOND NOGHT AT 4.30am THE 2 NEXT DOOR TO US WERE FIGHTING AND BANGING DOORS AND ONE LOCKED THE OTHER ONE OUT AND THEY WERE HOLLERING TO LET THEM IN. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS OKAY
