Everything was great as usual. We have stayed with you a number if times as you are located close to family.
The bathrooms are getting a little shabby.

The staff were excellent from start to finish and that makes or breaks a holiday. And I mean that of the whole staff, from front desk to maintenance.

Staff were polite and nice. Easy to talk to. They made sure I had the WI-FI password before I left the counter. There was free parking. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great. It had differen hot choice every day. I stayed for 3 nights, my room was always clean. Beds were comfortable. I liked that when I checked in the air conditioning was all ready on, the room was cool all ready.

We had a suite on the 6th floor and it was very quiet & quite comfortable. We stay most often at
Hamptons' in Canada and the US, and find them all to be what we are looking for in a hotel.
Toilets too low for us old folks.

The room was at least 1 and a half times larger than a typical hotel room.
It included a small fridge and sink for our use. An open-area desk (not crambed against a wall) with free internet and wifi. Very comfortable bed with duvet. Modern, easy to read climate control. Breakfast variety was a bit better than a Continental breakfast, but included in the price and buffet style. Free parking. Staff were above and beyond friendly. Many other shops restaurants well within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Front Desk staff were exceptional - helpful and thoughtful.
Hot breakfast better than cold breakfast, but suasage patties too greasy.
