We have stayed here many times. As usual, Director of Sales Sandra went out of her way to help us out. We have never encountered this in any other hotel.

Location and convenience, breakfast buffet was excellent.
We inadvertently activated the emergency call button on our hotel room telephone. Staff called to check on our safety which was excellent. The Police also responded and staff called to the room to alert us that the police were on the way up to the room. Had we been having a domestic altercation or other violent situation, by alerting us that the Police were on the way, someone could ambush the Officer. The Officer responded for a reason, by calling ahead compromised his safety. Please refrain from doing that and educate the staff on the dangers of doing that.

We love the staff and their willingness to assist with anything we need! The breakfast buffet is delicious and hot, with many healthy options available. The staff at buffet was friendly and accommodating! We love staying here whenever we visit our family in the area.
