Everything was fabulous. House keeping, servers, front desk, bell hop. It was a really nice place to atay.

The rooms were cleaned everyday.
The food was a bit too salty and there seems to be a tendency to use MSG on things like greens, some people like myself are allergic. Not enough fresh fruits and vegetables for the breakfast menu.

The cost of the rooms are very high as compared to the commodities and room. The location and the atmosphere is preaty Good..The food was great...
The bathrooms are very small. Also the Height of the Shower Heads are very very low and actually to get under the shower is not very ERGONOMIC. That is something that definitely needs to be rectified..

The pleasant attitude of the staff.
We did not arrive at the hotel until 3:00 a.m on Dec 24th some 6 hours after schedule due to the lateness of our flight on Caribbean Airlines.
We found the hotels computer was down and we could not be checked in to a room and had to sit in the lobby until 4:30 a.m after travelling from nassau for 13 hours. Our reservations for Dec 23rd had also been dropped from your system at midnight.Had your hotel been fully booked we would have found ourselves on the street at that hour of the morning.The staff was pleasant but cold.Perhaps they were tired too.
